"Couldn’t really review on the services since I couldn’t even get past making an appointment with them. Called and requested an appointment, the scheduler was rude and condescending. Explained to her what I needed done, which I’ve done before with another local derm group. She rudely goes, “a what?!” Unprofessional. I explained it to her again, she proceeds to explain to me the whole process of a dermatologist appointment like I’m some idiot. After I cut her off and told her I know all that, I’ve been to a dermatologist before… she changes her tone and all of sudden is nice and wants to be professional. She goes, so you want to make an appointment? I said no thanks, I’m good. Judging by the “professionals” they have scheduling appointments… the office and services are probably just as bad."

"I really don’t like to leave a negative review but it may help someone in the future. ATTN: anyone with a high deductible plan / no insurance My husband and I came for a yearly visit. Luckily my appts are usually pretty uneventful as I’ve never had anything biopsied or a cause of concern but still try to make it good practice to go. I mentioned a tiny speck of a lesion I noticed on my arm. I brought it to the Dr’s attention because I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything to be concerned about. The Dr. said it’s nothing of concern but insisted to let her remove it with liquid nitrogen + see what happens. I also had some other general questions regarding my skin + scalp. The reason I’m writing this review is because they charged my insurance $500 for just the liquid nitrogen spot (which actually left the spot looking worse off then it was) and used a procedure code 99204 which states it was. 45-59 minute appt. It was maybe 15 mins at most! My husband who felt quite rushed (which made sense because the dr. Rushed out with her stuff as we were checking out up front). People have lives. Yes. But then his 5 min appt was coded as a 30-44 minute appointment. Now that visit has costed us $400+ out of pocket on top of the nice payout that was received from our insurance. Just felt like gauging and unfair. All because I asked a few more questions at my annual visit."

I arrived 15 mins early to my appointment and they called me back to the patient room in FIVE mins. You guys are the best! AND my face is entirely clear! Thanks guys. You really made a difference!"

"The staff were very kind and professional. Treatments were explained thoroughly. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The office overall was meticulously clean and exceptionally well decorated, which provided an experience all its own and apart from my medical care. Beautiful! The doctor has excellent taste. Can’t wait for my next appointment! Will be showing up early to enjoy the art."
