"The front desk employee was super nice and helpful the tech however was mean and rude. I was the last patient of the day and apparently there were issues with the one before me and it was clear she wanted to leave for the day. I drove 35 minutes to go there since they had an upright machine as I have severe spine issues including fractures. I cannot lay down for a long time and I have issues sitting up in certain positions for a long time. She pushed my neck back with the head brace extremely hard, and I asked her to lighten it up and she gave me major attitude. It was extremely painful for me. About a half hour into the test I began to squirm a little bit because where my fractures are in my back, I cannot sit still I was in terrible pain. She burst into the room and shouted that there was a lot of motion going on. I tried to explain that I needed to stand and stretch my back. She told me I was not allowed to move. I said I could not sit there any longer. She then very aggressively removed the equipment from me and told me she would just put in what she had and that the test was over. I’ve had MRIs before where I stretched and then got back into position. Clearly she was too interested in going home for the day. I understand that and I understand it’s probably frustrating when people move, but there’s a manner in which you treat people and that wasn’t it . You should not be in health care where you have to care for people when you don’t care for them at all"
"Location was nice and clean. Ample parking. The paperwork and wait time was minimal. Most importantly the staff was pleasant and professional. The upright MRI is a life saver and test went smoothly!"
