"Incompetent staff and overall lack of organization. Had been waiting for immunization chart for over week and half, despite being promised that the information will be provided within a week. Had been calling daily and they still were unable to give the information necessary for the child to go to camp. Now because of the lack of information she won't be able to attend summer camp...untrustworthy and incompetent"
