"We have had a great experience here - the doctors are all excellent and personal affiliation with Columbia is great since that is the best, most extensive children’s hospitals in the area. They truly care and are thorough when need help. It’s expensive but worth it."

"The worst customer service over the phone. This place will literally hang up on you for asking a simple question like "who there can help with an issue." Staff is definitely under trained and seemingly uneducated on basic customer service. I wish i could give a negative star review."
