"My kids dentist gave me a referral twice for one of my sons to go and get a procedure done. I have literally been calling for months and leaving messages and no response. Today someone answered and immediately put me on hold and NEVER came back to the line!! With all the bad reviews I wouldn’t dare take my kid here anyways!!"

"Don’t waste your time this place is trash! It’s filthy and unprofessional. Doctors have no patience for kids. If your kid cries because he or she is scared ( which is normal ) they’ll want to tie them down or sedate them! I had to keep going back and forth because they had no idea WTH they were supposed to do. I took my kid elsewhere and we did what she had to do NO PROBLEM! It’s called patience!"

"Very unprofessional service, workers they aren't doing their job, wasting patients' time, working too slow, they don't care about patients, If I was the boss, I would rather fire them."

"My baby received oral surgery, he’s complaining of tooth pain. I’ve been calling leaving messages and still haven’t gotten a call back. Horrible. Should definitely be more professional and hands on especially when it comes to little people (children)"

"The front desk seem like they don’t care whether any patient are waiting very patiently for the doctor and most people knows kids are. So everyone wants to finish their check up or get their treatment done but the doctors are very unprofessional with their time. Since the doctor went on a much brake and came back after 2 hour there were plenty more patients waiting. So there I waited with my child 2 hours, came in before 40min early before my appointment but still I had to wait 2 hours long. The front desk is very unprofessional with there service as well the doctors. Please who ever is in charge please take some action because it very painful for the patient to wait more then they have to. Overall very unprofessional!"
