"I recently went in only to be diagnosed with COVID for a third time! I already knew what it was but I needed to confirm. My experience was quick and pleasant. I was in an out within 25 min. The nurse and DR. Sarah Baker were very nice and caring. Although I knew it was rude, I got a phone call from my kids school, I knew they were asking for me to pick him up because he was sick too. (THE ONLY REASIN I PICKED UP) Dr. Baker never changed her attitude even though I answered right after she gave me the diagnosis. I appreciated that so much. Even though I was sick my children still came first. Overall great experience."

"Reception was lovely. The PA’s were lovely, but the doctor didn’t listen to a word I was saying. Examples: “How long have you had these symptoms?” “Since Friday when I got back from Europe.” “How long were you gone for? “I was gone for three weeks.” “So you’ve had these symptoms for three weeks?” “No. Since Friday, as I Just told you.” “Have you been over-working?” “No. I haven’t been working for months.” “Do you need me to write a note for your work?” “Your test results came back negative for COVId and for the flu. What would you like me to prescribe you?” “I don’t know. I’m not the doctor!” This Abbott & Costello routine went on for another few minutes before he prescribed me three things (I have been suffering from a very painful, sleep-depriving cough and body exhaustion), although never explained what they exactly were. He then said he sent the prescriptions over to the pharmacy so I could pick them up immediately. I arrived at CVS 40 minutes later and not only were the prescriptions not ready, nothing had even been submitted from that doctors office. I had to call their office to let them know that nothing had been submitted and to ask the doctor to send it over now. The receptionist asked if I knew what the prescriptions were and once again, I had to say, “I don’t know the names of the medicines. I AM NOT THE DOCTOR HERE.” This was one of the worst doctors experience I have ever had in my life."

"idk if this was just a lack of knowledge or if the dr was straight up trying to punish me for seeking care he didn't agree with. When he yielded to provide the script he gave me a 'carpet bomb' level of antibiotic for what i needed. I don't trust the doctor with the polite bedside manor. If you are on the same page as him, it's probably fine. just be advised We didn't have a chance to talk about the antibiotic because we spent the whole time third-degreeing whether or not i needed it or not, so unfortunately I don't know if the medication could have been mitigated more effectively had we had a chance to discuss it"

"Very caring and empathetic staff. Doctor Hew very knowledgeable and empathetic professional. The receptionist Tikia sorry if I did not spell name correctly.,was very kind and helpful. Very professional Urgent care."

"I came in for routine testing, the waiting room was completely empty, yet I was called to wait inside an exam room where I was kept for over an hour. Then someone finally came in to get my blood drawn, he made a mistake and suddenly my blood was dripping down my arm and he put my bare fingers on the vein to stop more blood from flowing. My fingers were bloody as a result and I was in complete and utter shock at what was happening. He called me to the sink to wash up and told me this never happened to him before, which was not very encouraging! He was clearly very nervous and inexperienced. Then someone more experienced got the job done quickly. It is incredibly rare for me to leave a bad review but I am still reeling from the level of inexperience and neglect at this facility. Stay away!"
