"Awful. Just awful. Customer service is the worst. Rude. They billed me for services they didn't perform, could not get a hold of them on the phone and spend over a week trying to get someone to try to respond to me on their messaging app only to get a rude response and then silence again. The doctors were lovely but the staff and the system is broken. Stay away."

"My kid was taken out of school due to not being up to date on vaccines. You would think that your Pediatrician would let you know this. Well they did not. We were seen as recently as a few months ago for multiple vaccines and it was never bought to our attention. We have been charged for a well child visit that we never got. To make matters worse when I brought this to the attention to the office and begged for an appointment for my child, I had the office manager scream at me and hang up the phone "It's not our fault you never scheduled a well child visit!". We have been to the office multiple times this year and it was never brought to my attention, including for the flu and COVID vaccine. I am beyond appalled. Thankfully, a near by local practice was able to see us SAME DAY to help start to get my child caught up on vaccines. Please be very very careful with this practice. What is worse is that I am being charged for a well child visit that I am now finding out never took place. Note that if you read other reviews you will see that I am not the first one a staff member has yelled at and hung up the phone on."

"We love these doctors! We have been visiting this practice for four years and have felt so well cared for at every developmental stage. Their team goes above and beyond for children and families! When my son landed in the ER with viral-induced asthma near Christmas, Dr. Patel and Dr. Sarnoff stayed in daily contact with my family until he recovered. They checked in via video calls and even opened the office over the holidays so they could ensure that my son was well."

"We are so happy with our experiences at Premier Pediatrics. We have seen a number of the doctors at the Manhattan location and all have been outstanding - kind, thorough, responsive. They have taken care of my two kids since birth and I wholeheartedly trust their clinical judgement. It is very easy for us to schedule our appointments (including last minute sick visits) and forms are easily submitted and returned via their Klara app. 10/10 recommend the practice!!!"

"We've had a wonderful experience at Premier Pediatrics and have enthusiastically recommended them to all our friends! Both of our kids (baby and preschooler) have primarily seen Dr. Weinberger, who we adore for his warm demeanor and sage advice, but the other doctors we've seen (Dr. Patel and Dr. Sarnoff) were also exceptional. The nursing staff are also fabulous and always remember our children, make them feel comfortable, and just generally create a joyful environment. The operations are also strong: the front desk and their communication system, Klara, have made scheduling appointments and asking questions easy. Everyone is always responsive, polite, and helpful. It's also worth mentioning that we've never had a problem with billing or insurance. All around, five stars."
