"I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Wall this afternoon and left the visit feeling completely demoralized and frustrated. This is not the first time feeling like this after appointments with him. I have had very positive experiences with many Cooper doctors, so I have been giving Dr. Wall the benefit of the doubt for over a year hoping my experiences with him would improve. But now it’s time to find a new primary care physician. He refused to renew a prescription I have been on for over 10 years despite my efforts to advocate for my own healthcare. He offered a prescription of his choice without any consideration for my input, particularly with regard to my concerns about its interaction with an existing med. I felt demoralized and unheard. This is not a reciprocal and healthy doctor/patient relationship. This will be my last appointment with Dr. Wall. As new physician I hope he comes to learn that a patient’s voice does matter."

"I have been with Dr Wall for about 8 months and he is a great doctor. I have all my doctors through Cooper and they all are amazing. But I switched to him when I was 7 months pregnant and he has been attentive since that very day. No matter what I complain about he does the works because better safe then sorry. Its been a struggle to find a good doctor so I am happy I found him!!"

"My distaste for Cooper is getting worse and worse since August 25th. They have made a work injury an absolute nightmare. I’m still waiting for a call back from Cooper Radiology after sitting on hold for 90 minutes. That call back was supposed to come FOUR WEEKS AGO TODAY. Among a laundry list of items since then, today was the icing on the cake. I sat in the examinIng room waiting for Dr. Wall for almost an hour before I got up and walked out. The look of complete surprise on everyone’s face when I came out of the room makes me think no one knew I was even back there. I will be getting all new doctors. I want NOTHING to do with Cooper going forward. This is the most miserable experience I could have had with ANY doctors office."
