"This is the worst dental ever. They are rude on the phone and in person. They sent me for a root canal retreat and take them 3 months to schedule me for the crown. I got to the place 15 minutes late they refused to see me. When I get there on time I waited almost an hour before seeing. I do not recommend anyone to go there"

"This office is absolutely terrible. They've called me to reschedule my kid's appointments more times than I can count do to the dentist not being in. I understand that doctors are human and things come up. But I'm sure if my chart was pulled you can honestly see how many times I've been "rescheduled by the office." Every time that I've called the office I always get placed on hold for 10 mins or more. I was placed on hold for so long one time because I forgot to ask for a doctor's note, that by the time (20 minutes) I made it back to the office I literally saw the girl put my call back on hold and she was sitting at the front desk was NOT assisting another patient. TODAY I had 2 appointments scheduled for 4pm. And I called at 4 to advise the front desk that I was running a tad bit late as a courtesy.. ONLY to be placed on hold for 10 minutes. When my children and I arrived, I was told that we needed to reschedule. Bcz the hygentist had already left 5 minutes ago. I was furious because of everything that I had to go through just to make it to the office at 4:10pm. I WAS STILL ON HOLD WHEN I WALKED IN THE OFFICE!! The staff could care less and this office literally lost 5 patients. We will NOT be coming back!!"

"I’m thankful that my insurance changed and prevented me from coming back here. I’ve only been here once and it was for a cleaning. Little did I know that the dentist would claim that I need five fillings replaced. I have a feeling that as a new patient, they will try to swindle you for any services they can get. One of the fillings she replaced came out less than a year later, whereas the ones she claimed were too “old” have lasted several+ years. DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY. The office staff, especially the girl who deals with insurance, are miserable and couldn’t care less about your concerns or experience. If you don’t want a miserable experience, STAY AWAY FROM HERE. If you want a lovely experience with skilled, competent, friendly and professional staff, I highly recommend Venuto Family Dentistry who is right down the road!"

"Terrible customer service. I needed to have my X-rays sent over to my periodontist for dental work. I’ve been calling everyday and I either get put on hold, sent to voicemail, or hung up on. The one time I got through the woman that I spoke to told me my X-rays would not be wanted because they were 14 months old. She said she would not email them until i have confirmation from my periodontist they would want them. I dont understand why they couldn’t be sent regardless, they are my X-rays that I paid to have done. I also have left messages with no returned calls. After being on hold for literally 15 minutes, one of the nice receptionists finally had them sent over. Will not be coming back here."
