"My Fiance' and I came here because my Fiance' was having ear pain. After a 2 hour wait, he was called back and the nurse was very pleasant and patient but the Dr. had rushed us out of there and barely answered his concerns. She looked in his ear and said "ear infection, medicine prescribed" and walked out. I get that they were busy but come on now, at least show you care. My Fiance' took the medication for 2 days and his pain was worse. I took my Fiance' to the ER because of his pain in his ear. In the ER, he was told that he was given the wrong medication and the ER doctor explained what type of ear infection he had and got him the right medication, now his ear infection is just about gone with no pain in the ear. Plus the ER was just as busy as the Atlanticare Urgent Care. This is why I give Atlantic Care Urgent Care one star, the doctor did not care enough to treat his needs."

"We were literally just there for my boyfriend who is having agonizing pain from an abscess. The woman at the front with dark hair could barely be bothered. She was on her phone for 5 minutes, texting, before telling us he couldn’t be seen because he doesn’t have a contract. He has bcbs but she didn’t seem to know the difference between plans and in fact, never even called the plan. She offered no alternatives such as self pay and didn’t even say goodbye, just ended the conversation with there’s no contract and went back to her phone. Rude and wasted our time. For anyone viewing the company’s response, I called the same day and asked for a manager. They said there were none available but that they’d call back…I’m still waiting. Ironically, the woman that turned us away said her supervisor said they couldn’t see us. Interesting that no one was available to talk to when I called."

"Scheduling was easy and everyone was very caring and kind- the front desk, nurse & doc. They all took my concerns seriously and my concerns were communicated and respected. The doctor was friendly and chatted while he worked, made me forget the pain :) Laura and Lauren at the front desk, and Lori the nurse, and Dr. Tayoun, all wonderful!"

"Went to Urgent Care after not being able to hear for a week. Sean and Karen flushed out my ear and gave me an antibiotic. They were professional, and anxious to help me. Today I can hear great. Loved the staff! I definitely would recommend going there."

"I have been here twice and have had exceptional experiences both times. Kim, at the front desk was friendly and got me checked in quickly and efficiently. The x-ray technician Lauren was compassionate, kind and helpful in getting me my X-rays done as painlessly and quickly as possible. The nurse Karen has been amazingly kind, caring, knowledgeable and has wonderful bedside manner. She truly made me feel comfortable during my visit. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Chen at my most recent visit, there was little to no wait and he too was knowledgeable and was able to care for me effectively. I would highly recommend this location."
