"I came here at 11:30. Now time is 1:05 still waiting. First front desk forgot about us. After waiting one hour when I asked they told that’s good you reminded to us about you. Second hour when I asked front desk when we gonna go to the doctor she spoke with me very mean. She has blonde hair. If you don’t have space why you’re accepting people. Second is I see many people who came after us they went the room before us. I don’t underStand what’s going on here. What we have to do? Give money for our line or what? My 3 years old daughter waiting two hours and begging me for go home. Because that’s her sleeping time. You called me at 11:30. I came on time. I could be wait maximum 30 minut. But not a 2 hour"

"Loved Dr. Abramov but had an awful experience with physician assistant Katz. That day my son had an appointment just to get his medical form for school. Firstly, Dr. Abramov suddenly has left and my husband and son were warned about substitute doctor only when they came in time (sure MD doesn't equal PA, but for medical forms I thought it could be OK). Then my healthy child was waiting for a 1,5 hour with my husband in a long queue until I, being pregnant, entered office and started complaining. Only after it front desk woman and manager paid attention to the situation and apologized. Mess! Of course PA Katz wasn't fond of her extra patient and showed off- she was very rude with me and my child. That was an example of former Soviet Union attitude in its worst variant. Only our good insurance coverage helped her to take so much blood tests as it was possible))) the only question is: did we need it?..."

Besides… Very clean and modern place, everyone has great attitude, they work very efficient - we received school form at the end of the visit, not in 2 weeks, like in other places. "I am known for being very picky when it comes to my son. Dr A.Abramov has been my son s doctor for 17 years now. If I could tell every new mother to come to this doctor, I would. I am a little worried about what to do when my son turns 18 and is no longer covered by a pediatric service. I do not trust any other doctors as I do in this clinic.
