"I’ve been getting the run around while trying to renew my medical coverage since October of 2023. It’s January 29 2024 and I still have no coverage. Everytime I’ve called I’ve been given numerous different agencies to speak with to no avail. I would give zero stars as most of the staff doesn’t care to help and just redirects you to someone else not to deal with you. However a medical benefits coordinator named Claura is the only one who has genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She is respectful, kind, well spoken & knows how to do her job. If it wasn’t for her I’d be giving 1 star. She needs a raise."
"ZERO IS WHAT THEY DESERVE. I AM MY SONS PAYEE AND RECEIVED THE LETTER ADDRESSED TO ME IN C/O MY SON AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT DISCUSS ANYTHING WITH ME. HE HAD PERFECTLY GOOD INSURANCE HNJH AND WAS SWITCHED TO TRASH UNITED HEALTH. HE WAS SCHEDULED FOR HIS INFUSIONS THROUGH HNJH AND HE CAN'T HAVE NOW BECAUSE NOBODY ACCEPTS UNHC. THE REPS ARE THEEEE WORST REPS EVER PUT ON HOLD UNTIL I HUNG UP. TRANSFERRED MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO ASSISTANCE"
"Hire people who do their job please. No reason my son's medical care shouldnt be out on hold because of your employee's mistake. Now my son will be without coverage for months. No annual physical nothing because your call center employee has an attitude and didn't want to do his job. Thanks a lot."
