"Tried to call three separate times to schedule a dental appointment. The receptionist said the first time that they only take new patient calls at 8am. I called the next morning around 9am and they hung up saying the same thing. Called the next day at 8:11am and they again said the same thing at which point I just thought they were messing with me, but they hung up again. I've never come across an office this aggravating to schedule an appointment with. The receptionist said she was being serious and that they only take calls right at 8am on the dot. Don't bother calling unless you want your time wasted. Gave them one star because I can't put zero."

"Me and my mom went to this clinic today , the Hispanic receptionist was rude to her today and this isn’t the first time she talked to us in Spanish and then I heard her talking in English about us thinking we don’t understand , my mom was talking to her about something and she didn’t even listen us out she ignored what we had to say and told me she wasn’t going to argue about this we aren’t even arguing we are having a conversation about a topic and she doesn’t even know what to say because she knows she was in the wrong didn’t even bother asking the doctor about the topic. She was leaving and talking to other doctors and started putting on her coat and I Heard her say she wasn’t going to handle this situation. Afterwards another doctor came in to explain it but she was nice about it. But these are the type of people that take advantage of hard working moms and they don’t listen them out people are stressed and the last thing they need is disrespectful people this clinic needs to do better since I’ve read other reviews about people with similar things happening And the clinic never does anything about it."

"I took a star off because as I was sitting waiting for my name to be called I heard a lot of rudeness coming out of the receptionist to other people. A lot of the times they made faces because people couldn’t speak a specific language and they talked as if they were entitled. That being said, the doctors and nurses in the OBGYN department have been very kind to me and very helpful with anything and everything I’ve needed. They have made me feel very comfortable. I also would like to mention that Shannon, the genetics counselor was so kind and helpful in every way. She answered all my questions and was super helpful, she was extremely informative, and just made me feel a lot more at ease with everything. So for these reasons, I am giving this facility a 4."

"Regret going for my prenatal care. They love to talk down on patients, you ask them for help and it’s as if you’re asking them for something out of this world. My babies were seen there for the first month but I had to change them as well. We would spend up to 3 hours waiting for someone to come in while everyone outside giggling and chatting. I called to get my records and charts and they had no clue what I was talking about. So the person over the phone proceeds into telling me “ I don’t know by who you were seen because we have no records for you”. I spent hours trying to speak to someone else who possibly new how to do their job and it was pointless."
