"UPDATE: Still no call from billing & threatened by collections to report to my credit for $30 Been going here for about 1 year. The staff are always very nice, but I go to the doctor for care. I have to go back at least 2x to get proper treatment, doctors are very dismissive. Last appointment I couldn’t get blood work for thyroid because it wasn’t my well visit, I haven’t been checked in more than 6 months & have a history of thyroid storm, which can cause a heart attack among other things, but I can wait 2 months and continue taking what can be the wrong dosage of medication. The lump on my chest can also wait 2 months for my well visit. And for their great service I pay my copay at the window before leaving but I am in collections for my last 3 visits that were paid for. Try calling billing about that, they send it to collections because then what choice do you have? If you just want a referral it’s the place to go, if you want actual care, not so much. And I’ve seen 2 doctors & their nurse, all the same. It’s like they see a high risk patient and can’t get away from you fast enough."

"My family is now going to Jersey Shore Medical Associates. We found the staff is willing to help and friendly. The doctors are knowledgeable, truly listen to your concerns and are informative with options of treatment. The hours of operation are accommodating with early 7am appointments. There is virtually no wait, you can get an appointment and requests are done within a reasonable time frame. Blood work is done on site. I would definitely recommend this practice to all.
