"Terrible place. It is very dirty and absolutely no sense of urgency so they have no reason to call themselves "urgent care". We waited over 3 hours to be seen, my son was burning up from fever. After testing positive for flu, they said everything else looked good and to "keep him hydrated". Ended up being admitted to the hospital the next day with pneumonia. Don't waste your time and put your child in danger by taking them there"

"I truly appreciate the nurses that work in this field but more time/test needs to be taken prior to providing a diagnosis. The place is visibly not clean, front desk is very unwelcoming. Waited about 2.5 hours - which I am not upset about bc I did not have an appointment. I am upset bc when my son was finally seen, no tests were done and it was immediately diagnosed that he had an ear infection and his primary care doctor missed this, and he absolutely did not have RSV (the nurse even laughed and said he could tell by looking at him there was no way he had RSV). We left, furious with my primary care and about to pick up antibiotics but pharmacy was closed. That night his fever spiked and went to regular ER - where they did actual tested including swabs and an X-ray to determine he definitely did not have an ear infection, but does have RSV and Covid. I would never go back here again and strongly recommend the ER instead."

"Was here last night with my little one. Had an appointment, checked in, front desk was very nice and explained to me they were running behind schedule which is understandable. Got called in where we were “triaged” by a nurse. Only vitals that were taking were my daughters weight, and temperature. They input vitals in my daughters chart which in no way were taking by the nurse what so ever. After being “triaged”, we waited an hour for the provider to examine my little one which seems like she was in a rush since it was almost closing time… 2/5 star rating since front desk receptionist was very nice!"

"Absolutely horrible! I made an appointment and when I arrived early was told they are over an hour behind. When I said okay she said you can go wait in your car. It was 39 degrees outside and my sick daughter is only 5 months old. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an appointment and had to wait over an hour to be seen. Thankfully I called around and was able to seen elsewhere!"

"Dr. Moses is PHENOMENAL. The staff was amazing enough to get my kids in for the same time period so I wouldn't have to come back later on. We've personally never had a single issue here. Again, Dr. Moses is our favorite, great with the kids."
