"I have been a patient for years and I have had very lousy service from the front desk. I always have to wait even if I have an appointment. I just left and won’t be back again because the receptionist was very rude and I do not want to spend my whole day to see a doctor. The receptionist said she waits 4 hours to see her doctor and doesn’t see an issue with it. Well I do and as much as I like Dr Sengupta, there are also very qualified cardiologist in this area whom I can see without being disrespected or spending my whole day waiting for. Update: I never received an apology for the incident with the receptionist instead I received a letter terminating my relationship with Dr. Sengupta. I say good riddance! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!"

"These one star reviews are ridiculous. This is a first rate office. Excellent staff from office managers to nurses, competent, award-winning cardiologists. They’ve cared for me for 7 years since a heart attack, always on top of things."

"I was a patient here for many many years. For personal reasons, and during the pandemic, I changed physicians . At that time I wanted to return to Dr. Ivanov for a check on my pacemaker. I was advised by this cardiology group that I could not return, they refuse to see me because I’ve been “absent” from them for three years! I’ve never had a refusal from any physician like this one! They do not care about the patient’s desires they do not seem to care at all about the people They are caring for"

"This office lacks severely in customer service. They rarely return phone messages and frequently over book appointments and testing. I was scheduled for a 3-4 hour nuclear stress test, arrived 15 min early, was called back 30 minutes after arrival and told I was 9th on the list and might be there for 6-7 hours. As I had to work later in the day I was unable to take the test. No apologies or compassion. Due to this I had to delay hernia surgery as the stress test was required to clear me. Had I been told it could be a 6-7 hour day, I could’ve made arrangements at work. Two days after this debacle, I received a letter from the office that they were terminating their relationship with me. If you value customer service, I highly recommend avoiding this office!!!"

"After a month of constantly calling over n over and leaving messages for Elizabeth asking to please file the disability claim link “I sent her several times” to please call me back I’m giving up. It’s been a month and I still haven’t even been able to get my disability claim started. You are not in good hands here. You will struggle financially if you deal with this office. This office doesn’t return phone calls and could care less about you. Be careful !!! Find a place that will take care of you. This is not it!!"
