"Have used CeraVe for years after recommending by my physician. I was unhappy with the quality of this product and the after effects. Did not clean, hydrate or leave a comfortable feeling. Upon contacting Customer Service the issue became frustrating enough that I will seek another company and let my Medical Team know. I never received promised emails to send photos, representatives were rude, unsure of what to do and kept me on hold longer than they actually spoke to me. No company should think they are to Big to not worry about Consumer Concerns."
