"The nurse that works on Saturday got a really bad attitude. Dr Chao Chen told me to come Saturday and give my blood work but the nurse denied to take my bloodwork cause she was busy enjoying her lunch. That was the most messed up thing I ever faced."

"Very confused by this place. I went there for urgent care on Sunday, November 26, and needed some follow up. The follow up was just that I needed to ask someone a pretty simple question about something on my chart. When I called to ask that question the next day (Monday, November 27), they said that, as of that day, they were no longer an "urgent care" facility, and as a result, there was nobody who could answer my question until Wednesday, November 29. Pretty weird that they changed the type of facility they are out of nowhere like that. In any event, do NOT go to them for anything "urgent care" related, since apparently they do not do "urgent care" anymore. Addendum: Actually, their website still says they're an "urgent care" facility, so, like, what's going on here? Is it even legal for them to advertise as a "urgent care" facility when in fact they're not "urgent care"? In any event, the long and the short of it is that this is all very confusing behavior."

"normally I wouldn't write a review on an urgent care facility, but I had such a positive experience and I don't think the current reviews provide an accurate reflection. I took my 4 year old here to get tested. I called ahead of time and they told me that there was no wait so we headed over. We were able to get straight into the waiting room and waited about 20 minutes until we were seen. The whole process was quick and relatively painless. The only downside is that results take 3-4 days, but thankfully we didn't need rapid results. I called 4 days later and our results were available. The girl at the desk (Leah) was very friendly and helpful. She printed our results and I was able to walk in a quickly grab them. We have done COVID testing at other places and have waited over an hour (outdoors) to be tested. So even though the results are a bit slower, the testing process is much quicker."
