"Recently was in here to get a kidney stint removal everybody in the back of the building was so great and made sure I was comfortable made sure if I had any questions they answered everything The one lady that stuck out to me her name is Nicole She is a true sweetheart made sure I was comfortable when I woke up walked me to the bathroom She is a true sweetheart I highly recommend this facility if you have to get a small procedure"

"Over a year ago my son had a procedure done here. As we were going through the visits with the doctor and prep before the procedure not once we were told that there will be a charge besides the insurance coverage. My insurance has 100% facility and in and out of patient coverage. After the procedure was done, a few months go by and we get a bill for 800 dollars. I called the insurance and i was told that it will be covered. So I am fine, a time goes by and a collector calls me. I call the insurance and I was told I shouldn't be paying since it is covered under my insurance and the facility just submitted the claim in a wrong way. OK... Next thing I am being taken to COURT by the Wayne Surgical Center over 800 dollars that when called the insurance over 9 times I was told not to pay. THE REDICULOUS PART IS THAT WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE WILL BE AN OUT OF POCKET CHARGE BEFORE THE TREATMENT. AND THEN WITH MINIMAL CONTACT WE ARE IN COLLECTIONS AND ARE BEING SUED FOR 800 DOLLARS."

"I am so mad!! I had a 10am appointment for an endoscopy, I was taken in at 10:15, changed into a gown, had the IV in my hand...laid there for over an hour with not one person coming to check or tell me or the lady next to me what was going on. Finally I got someone that was walking by, she said the doctor was running late...really? How rude, we have been laying here for over an hour, no one told us he was running late and they didn't know how much longer it would be. I told them to cancel the procedure and get the IV out of my hand. I am not laying there for 3 hours. If the doctor is late at least let patients know what is going on."

"In December 2006 I had my first procedure done at your facility with Dr. Kenneth Garrett. It was his recommendation for me to use your surgical center rather than the hospital. I must admit, when he first suggested I go there instead of the hospital, I was very nervous. He is an amazing gynecologist both professional and very skilled and I trust him with all my heart. I did as he suggested and reluctantly made the appointment. I was treated with such respect and COMPASSION by every member of your team that I will NEVER go anywhere else! Everything was explained to me BEFORE I even arrived and was explained again at the desk when I got there. The place was immaculate and of course my Dr. Garrett did an amazing job!! It was quite a pleasant experience! I have since over the last 9+ years returned for a host of other services and I am proud to report I was treated with the same compassion, respect, and professionalism I have come to expect! The other added bonus is that over the years, more and more of my doctor's are now jumping on board to practice at your facility. It is nice to have a place that I can proudly refer my friends and family and I continually do!. Keep up the good work. Linda McNeil"
