"A bizarre experience. It took me an hour to see Dr. Ader, who immediately bad-mouthed his staff for the wait. He then launched into a long diatribe about his undergrad experience, how dangerous NYC was in the 70s, kids not reading books anymore - basically everything but how to treat my issues. I came in because I have gastric pain and left with no help. Avoid this doctor."

"I loved Dr. Jeremy Gutwein. He was knowledgeable, extremely thorough, understanding and compassionate. He had reviewed my history before seeing me, and then spent a great deal of time with me to get an even better picture of my history and my current problem. He answered all my questions, was very reassuring and I felt 100% more comfortable and much less anxious about my problem by the time I left. Truly dedicated to his patients and their care. In addition, all of the office staff with whom I dealt were friendly and professional."

"I've never felt more disrespected or belittled at a doctor's office. 30 seconds into describing the medical issues I've been experiencing to Dr. Michael, I was rudely interrupted and told to only continue speaking if I "enjoyed the sound of my own voice and wanted to hear it." He then spoke uninterrupted for the remainder of the 20-minute session. He gave me examples of how a certain ethnicity tends to want to be told they are sick for validation, how another may have already had a procedure done to them on a specific island a year prior, brought up the Holocaust once or twice in relation to the one symptom I was fortunate enough to voice, and lost me somewhere in his ramblings about his own subjective moral viewpoint about his professional self. Toward the end, he informed me that he would give me the option to decide if I wanted to have a specific medical procedure done, but he was confident I didn't need it based on what he heard. He also made sure to disrespect my previous doctor a few times in a very unprofessional manner. I apologized to him on the way out for wasting his time and thanked him for his. I'm not sure if he is a good doctor or not, unfortunately I won't get the opportunity. I wish the office well."

"I receive my first Colonoscopy with Dr.David Stein on 10/2021 and recently an Upper Endoscopy on 10/22 ! Both experiences have been outstanding service. To start both front desk staff have been friendly, professional and empathetic. Dr. Stein is an amazing professional, takes his time to explain both pre-examination procedures exams and post findings, taking his time to answer any questions or concerns. The office staff is always available to handle any messages, and Dr.Stein will call you with the Results as soon as they arrive at his office. I highly recommend this team Specially DR.
