"READ THROUGH THE REVIEWS BEFORE TRUSTING THIS PLACE! Come to this place if you want your personal card information to be used by the staff to make fraudulent transactions right after you pay the copays for your telehealth appointments over the phone. Also beware that the office will NOT do anything to address or investigate such unethical behaviors other than “leaving a note on your chart”. Come to this place if your want to wait at least an hour for the PCP to call/see you, have you listen to their personal phone calls/conversations and give you less than 15 minutes of their time to discuss your health concerns. Also they may make completely unprofessional comments or assumptions about your physique. Come to this place if you want to deal with the most disrespectful and rude staff/medical assistants after being put on hold at least 15 minutes. Come to this place if you want the GYN provider NOT to listen to you, to disregard your concerns, and NOT answer any of your questions clearly and professionally as they should."

"AVOID this center at all costs. Save yourself & save your time. Dr. Castillo treats patients horrendously, yells at patients and is vulgar. The supervisor in charge Xenia allows for this behavior. As soon as this incident happened we reported it to the manager and she did not offer any help to the situation at all. Instead she stated that multiple patients don’t return because of how Dr. Castillo acts & that “she’ll speak to him” if any center cares for their patients they wouldn’t allow this treatment towards anybody and would resolve the issue. Don’t take the risk like we did. Save your time. It’s sad that they’re aware of his actions and previous incidents but still allow him to work with patients."

"Dr Monica is a great doctor. She has my one star. I took an appointment for a refill which I couldn’t have via phone. I waited 2h 1/2 ! You need to take a half day off for seeing a doctor, insane ! Waiting on my pharmacy to drop off my medication, but I found out that the front desk forgot to send my prescription. I waisted half of day of work to have my medication before surgery and I won’t have it because the front desk “forgot” Changing medical office asap. Do not recommend."

"If you value your life do not come here. If you have serious health issues, do not come here ! Switched up my doctor and found things that should have been detected years ago. Type of place that will tell you "your labs are normal" and dismiss you instead of running additional blood tests. The wait time is also ridiculous. They over book m constantly and due to the number of patients per day, these doctors cannot give your their full time and attention. You are just another number. You will find a few PA here but please, go to a REAL MD. Also, prepare to wait for at least an hour. So glad this office is in my past."
