"This place is a disgrace I was discharged because they said my medication wasn’t in my system but I have the bloodwork to prove it’s was there also paid $30 dollars for medical records got three sheets of paper I let them know this can’t b my entire medical records mother and daughter argued that is what I get them mother and daughter act like they wanted to jump me me in the office I called her boss and nothing was done this place should not exist and mother and daughter should definitely not b working there people can get hurt also they have addicts that are still using working here"
"Very unprofessional the receptions and the nurse are mother and daughter and stay getting smart giving off attitude but It’s fine because they had the right person to play with. A sign that say walk in welcomes but stay trying to make you come back will be filing a complaint against them they don’t have to worry about me ever coming back there very unprofessional and not worth the headache."
"I was told over the phone I could get tested between 4-7pm as a walk-in. No one mentioned you had to be there by a certain time, and when I arrived at 6:38 I was told they take their last person at 6:30 and that I couldn't be seen. I'm also pretty sure the lady at the front desk was the same person who told me 4-7 and mentioned nothing about a cut off period. However it was nice and clean upon entering."
"They are too new, inefficient and unprofessional. I had an appointment for 1:15 and I got there at 1:08. Although I wrote my name on the sign in sheet, I wasn't spoken to until I inquired about my position on the waiting list at 1:30. The receptionist greeted me at that point and was pleasant, but confused. I told her I had an appointment and she acted as if she was confused by that, so I elaborated and said I got a confirmation text and a link to sign in online. She said she didn't even know they had that function and she gave me some new patient forms to fill out. At 2:08 I asked when would I see the doctor. The receptionist and nurse said it would be a while. When I asked why it would take so long they said because others were before me and that they were taking Covid testing Patients. I got upset and asked why would they schedule an appointment only to have me wait more than an hour and the nurse got visibly upset and just walked away. The receptionist went in the back. When the receptionist came out I tried to tell her that I would only wait a little while longer and I was going to leave, but she cut me off and told me again that they prioritized Covid testing and I should understand. At that point I didn't give them anymore time I just got up to leave. All the while the receptionist is telling what I can and can't do,(she said you can schedule another appointment or you can leave), and getting more and more agitated. As I was leaving, I told her she didn't have to get the last word, because she was arguing with me and I don't think that's what she wanted to do, but she was unprofessional in her approach. She argued back that she wasn't trying to get the last word. It made me laugh, because she couldn't help herself and it was just ridiculous at that point. They're trying not to be, "unprofessional", but they haven't figured it out yet."
