"This place is ridiculous. I made an appointment for the Summit office and after waiting outside of it for over 20 minutes (while calling it and the West Orange office with no answer) the West Orange office calls back to tell me the appointment was in West Orange and that’s the only location that Dr. Blake works out of. I confirmed that it was in Summit by the front office staff that I spoke to when making the appointment because it was the closest location to me. Why give me appointment with someone who doesn’t work in the Summit office? They then would not take my son in for his appointment there because they were booked even though they were in error. Offering to book another day after already taking off of work does not rectify the situation that was caused by the very unhelpful front office."

"I haven't even been here yet and I'm giving one star because the front desk person is rude and incompetent. A suggestion, ma'am maybe LISTEN to your patient before having an attitude?! I specifically gave my name and said I have an appointment for Aug. 10 and asked if I could move it up. This DUMB receptionist starts scolding me that Dr. Laura didn't have any availability until September. HOW CAN STUPID PEOPLE HAVE JOBS?!!?! I rarely call people stupid, and I know it's politically incorrect to call people stupid, but she was STUPID. AND RUDE! THE END."

"I went there yesterday 3/22/23 and the girls, not women at the desk, were so rude, ghetto, and unprofessional! Dr. Blake was decent, but the receptionists were trash!!"

"Currently being charged for something the doctor, Dr. Todd A. Morrow, didn't perform. After calling the office to question the charge, I was told Dr. Morrow specifically wrote in his notes that he performed a procedure that he didn't do. Now I'm told I need to write a letter to the doctor to dispute the charge. I'm also calling my insurance to dispute the charge. Absolutely do not recommend this place."

"She was wonderful and patient with my son. We were concerned with the # and frequency of ear infections and requested Dr. Downey evaluate him for tubes. After our son passed the hearing test and she checked him out, Dr. Downey suggested holding off on tubes and we are thrilled we did. 9 months later and he has only had one additional ear infection (after a long flight to Hawaii). She also was very kind to my daughter and distracted her whines with balloons, stickers, and a lollipop. Dr. Downey is excellent, knowledgeable, calm and professional. She is the type of doctor who will take the time to walk you through all the options and her recommendation, without rushing you out the door. Highly recommend her!"
