"When I had got there to take a COVID test they had a very rude attitude. They told me that the test results will come in 2 days. When I had called them 3 days after my test they got my date of birth wrong they got the email wrong they told me I will have my results in a few hours they did not send them and without my results I could not go to school. I had to go to the testing area and talk to them and it total it took 6 days to get my results."

FastMed has a great doctor in Dr. Alfonja, he knows his stuff and really cares and listens to you instead of just treating you and sending you off. The staff is very friendly and treat the patients very well and carefully. Along with all of this, FastMed is doing COVID-19 TESTING OUTSIDE ACROSS THE STREET FROM URGENT CARE FOR ANYONE WITH AN ID FOR FREE. ALL YOU NEED IS AN ID AND INSURANCE CARD OR IF YOU DONT HAVE INSURANCE THEN JUST TELL THE MEDICAL ASSISTANTS YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. BUT ITS FREE. THATS SO GREAT. JUST LOOK FOR THE BLUE TENT WITH THE FRIENDLY MD'S IN IT THAT WILL BE TAKING CARE OF YOU AND TESTING YOU THRU YOUR NASAL PASSAGE TO LET YOU KNOW IF YOU HAVE THE VIRUS OR NOT. Goodluck"
