"Long waiting time, we were in the office at 10 am and we were able to get out by 12:30!! Horrible scheduling appoinment!!! There were maybe 50 patient and in a same day waiting for same doctor!!!"
"The staff are kind, however the office is incompetent. I drove an hour from my house for an initial appointment to set up a knee surgery, for which I already had an MRI. This wasn’t good enough for them, so they wrote me another MRI script. Fast forward one month, and multiple attempts to reach out, and they tell me that they made a mistake and Dr. Longobardi DID NOT take my insurance (as they previously stated he did before, during and after the appointment) and that the MRI script would not work. When I requested they send me another FUNCTIONAL MRI script, they demanded I come back to the office for an appointment, and restart the entire process (including that one hour drive, two hours both ways) because of THEIR mistake. Regardless of the fact that they’ve already seen, diagnosed and X-Rayed me, they will not correct their mistake and just want to bill my insurance as much as possible. In a time of already poor healthcare in this country, steer clear of money grubbing practices like this one, who don’t care about their patients or their needs."
