"This place is the worst! Waited 2 hours with my multiply disabled son for an MRI and was told he was scheduled on the wrong machine so they couldn’t do the test. Most disorganized, upsetting, inhumane experience I’ve ever had - complete nightmare!!!"
"It take 2 to 3 days to get results for a chest X-ray here. Most other places can do it in less than a day. When I very nicely asked why it takes so long they were rude to me. I would go elsewhere."
"Showed up at 2:00 for a 2:30 appointment as requested. Not brought to MRI yet and it's 3:30pm. They don't value your time They purposely do not give appropriately spaced appointments. The parking at this entire facility is absolutely horrible. There's no convenient access for those that are disabled. The valet system puts you nowhere near where you want to be, let alone, at the least convenient entrance for those with disabilities. For it to be an ambulatory Care center with no regard whatsoever for those who need the care and convenience makes this laughable. Every employee acknowledges the complaints and admits no one does anything about it. Stay away! This is an ambulatory Care center but despite numerous complaints that every employee acknowledged nothing is ever done to alleviate the situation and make this more desirable/convenient for those with disabilities."
"recently, the system changed and it became chaos completely. Doctors send tens of prescriptions to the imaging center and then the center losing them and no one there can take responsibility of the mess. Also, some workers are rude."
