"SOCIAL WORKERS DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! I worked for 2+ years with integrity. My goal was to become an LCSW after accruing my 2000 hours. I recorded over 700 hours and requested my supervisor sign off on my hours I completed so I can submit them to the office of professions towards my license. A few days later I received notice from the office that they were investigated and were advised that the social workers were being supervised by the wrong professionals (doctors of psychology) and we therefore cannot get signatures until they “figure it out.” It’s been months with no change on the horizon. We were also notified “not to talk to the office of professions” because it may hurt their process of fixing the issue. I reached out to colleagues to ask what they are doing regarding the issue. The owner of the company Claudette Duff caught wind that I was speaking to others and called me accusing me of violating HIPPA and asked me if I was trying to destroy her company. She stated that she would sue me. After her 20 minute intimidation call she hung up. The next day I received a call from an office employee stating that I am being fired from the company because of speaking to my co workers which I was not allowed to do they added that I did not maintain my 5 client minimum as well (they removed my cases from my caseload once they were investigated, I did not take on more cases because my hours weren’t counted). At this time I am left with 700 hours of work that will not be counted putting me back 2 years of a decent salary and prohibiting me from having a private practice. I toiled for $35 a session for 2 years and I have nothing to show for it. A strong law suit is coming and it’s not going in my direction I guarantee that! DO NOT WORK HERE!"

"I usually do not write any reviews. However, I have direct personal experience working with Claudette. We co-lead a group therapy together. I also have been working for Integrity Senior Services for more than 4 years. I have never had any challenges working with Claudette. The company has been very supportive over these past few years. It can be challenging to work for social service agencies and I have worked for some difficult agencies and some good ones. What I really like about Integrity is the autonomy. I have a lot of freedom in my work. Everyone has been very professional and very supportive. I graduated from New York University and have been licensed for quite some time. I say that because I can work anywhere with the degrees I have. It’s a good benefit that I am grateful for. I stay with Integrity because they treat me well and I am not restricted in my work. No one bothers me and anytime I need help, I always get it. I can’t speak for other people’s experiences. I know a few therapists who have been working here longer than I have. They never expressed any major problems to me. Claudette has been very helpful to me in the group therapy. I enjoy working with her. My whole life is NOT my work but when I work with clients, I give it my all. I have some very good relationships with the clients I work with and again, I have no problems working with Integrity. I know this is a public post and the final thing I will say is that if I had major problems with working for Integrity, I would give notice and leave the job. If in the future I have problems, I will leave the job. I say that here publicly to all staff at Integrity. If I feel it’s not a healthy work place then I will leave. I would also say to all staff at Integrity that I would also expect them to let me go if I was not working properly and not doing my job correctly. So it works both ways. But so far I have been very comfortable here and they seem to be OK with me as well! I think I am close to 5 years working here. The way they treat me and the support given to me is very good. I have no plans to leave the organization at all. Everyone’s experience is different. I think that if someone starts working here as a therapist they might enjoy the freedom and autonomy this agency provides. For me, it’s something that I can’t put a price on. I don’t like being micromanaged and if any organization wants to do that, I would not continue working for them. There is no micromanagement here. Everyone works as a team. I work very closely with Claudette and I never got that impression from her. She is very patient and helpful. Thank you for taking the time to read this review."
