When I tried to confront her about setting up appointments that I never agreed on, she avoided talking to me and never got back to me. After, I warned her that if she continues to text that I have to come for times that I never scheduled, I would report her. Then she spammed my phone and subscribed me to different job offers and telemarketers!!!! She is busy with her phone when I come in and texts during my session. Her phone is on sound and very disruptive. She acts like she’s doing me a favor... but I’m paying her for the therapy."
