"I really loved my pups past haircuts but I just got back and they mulched my dogs face. I called back for explanation and was told his regular groomer wasn’t going to be working there anymore so two other people cut his hair at same time :/ the right thing would have been to let me know when I first brought him in so I could explain how I like my dog to be groomed to new groomer. Thank God fur grows back. I hope I can find out where that groomer went. She was the best."
