The owner would not make eye contact with me while I was asking her questions about grooming my 16 yr old Lhasa Apso, No compassion or empathy for a scared old dog whose owner died, all she was focusing on was a guy behind me buying dog bowls, she wanted to make sure he wasn't ripping her off, the man behind the counter had two small dogs just hanging on the tables not being attended to, and the young girl behind the register was more interested in her phone. "Both my dogs have been coming here for a year or two. My babies always look and smell great afterwards. The customer service is excellent! They do get booked fairly quickly but if you book in advance you should have no issues."

"The best groomer my pups have ever had! Alice is amazing and super accommodating. Her place is well kept and clean, (despite the fact that all the doggies go there needing a shower) you still don't smell it lol haircuts are always on point and they even get a cute handkerchief around the collar. Always in good hands and well taken care of, you can tell that her and her staff really love dogs! (Before and after pix)"
