"I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Vetco Total Care. Despite my understanding that their grace period for appointments is 15 minutes, I was abruptly canceled on for being only 6 minutes late. This level of rigidity, coupled with unhelpful front desk service, left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I do not recommend this place for pet care and urge others to consider alternative options where they feel genuinely supported and respected."

"Great and friendly staff. Handled my puppy with care. My only issue is that my puppy was experiencing green discharge from her eyes so I wanted eye drops but since it was not excessive at the time and no inflammation they decline and advised me to monitor it. Of course it got worse and her eyes would be closed shut with the goop 2 days later. They wanted me to come in for a “recheck” and pay $50 for the vet visit. I didn’t agree with this as I brought it up and asked for drops before it was really bad. They offered to just give me drops instead which were around $20. I would have preferred to have gotten the drops before when it wasn’t as bad. Green is infection so idk why I should have to monitor it. They also do not do any vaccination packages which I was unaware of. Vet visit is around $80 but you get $25 off if it’s your first visit. I wouldn’t go back simply because of the price and the issue of them not doing the packages. Those are only for the petco clinic but when I was on the website looking at the packages I selected to book an appointment and it took me to the vetco site. Misleading but that is not on the staff. They were going to allow me to leave the appointment with any penalty. I do recommend this place if you can afford it!"

"The place is nice and everyone is friendly. But keep your pet away from. DR RICHARD DEAN. He is dangerous and should be in taken of his license. Keep your pets safe, and away from this doctor. He is very aggressive and will hurt your pet."
