"One of our foster dogs was hit by a car and died due to negligence. The walker did not have his hand looped through the leash, bent down to coddle the dog when she was scared and she was hit by a car. Walking dogs is a huge responsibility. Coddling a dog when they’re scared is absolutely the worst thing one can do. Aside from this, the walker did not have his hand through the leash. This was a very tragic experience to say the least."
