"I have been going to this office for over a year already and I absolutely love Elly. Elly and I have wonderful communication. There has not been a single moment where she has made me feel uncomfortable or feel disrespected. I have been honest, vulnerable and she is very patient and listens throughout it all. She remembers my challenges and asks me questions which truly help me in my everyday life. I am so thankful for Elly, which is why I continue to go to my sessions every week. I also am truly thankful for the flexibility - whether I can come by in person or telehealth, they offer which would I prefer. I generally like coming in person to the office because it is a cozy private space. Elly always welcomes me and is always very polite. According to the office systems- in the beginning, I decided to call and email the office for my first appointment. They sent me intake forms via email and asked me questions. This is a technical process and it was pretty straightforward. After that, they were ready to schedule me. I was patient and also very determined to get help. This office 100% helps me and I am very grateful for Intercity. I understand everyone's experiences may be a bit different but mine is truly a positive one. Again, shout out to Elly because she is truly such an amazing and helpful person."

"This practice itself is good for the most part but not some of the employees and management. Glenda can seem nice at first but can be rude and condescending. She wants to make decisions like she owns the practice. She had the nerve to tell me that she wants to choose someone for me. I'm 26 years old and I can make my own decisions. I had a unpleasant and unprofessional experience with their intern Elly Figueroa. At first she was helpful then after things got more harder with me experiencing more problems she just decided after I had told her " I don't feel comfortable opening up to woman who are " pretty " because I have experienced being bullied for not having pretty beauty standards , not listened to and a victim of toxic beauty standards and had felt she had pretty priviledge " I decided for her not to be my therapist because she really didn't get it and I was not comfortable with her. I did apologize for a misunderstanding but I did not hear back from her. It was for the best. I told you that she was not professional when it comes to deeper issues. I was also supposed to be assigned to a therapist named Glenda ? Weird. That's the same name of the secretary Glenda was supposed to call me. I called her 3 times to check after this and No response. My suggestion ? You have a choice. You don't want someone to decide who you see and not let you have an option besides this practice doesn't really have any openings left , A intern/therapist who is not as experienced but appears like she is and can't handle severe trauma professionally and to not be contacted at all. It's okay if you feel uncomfortable with people that are white , hispanic , asian , black etc. because sometimes ? They don't always know how to communicate effectively and you don't have to be of their race to be be validated and listened to. I was very straightforward with that as well. I deserve to be listened to and respected as I am with all my trauma included. This place was a nope from me."

"Words cannot express how I feel about the services I have received at this place. Please I am begging you to not listen to any negative review at to have an experience for yourself! Just try one session and come back and leave a review and let me know.. I have started with this company a few months back and my therapist is Marcia Harris. During registration I was specific about wanting a therapist who was honest insightful and would give the feedback that I needed for my overall well being. I wound up here because I had a terrible experience where I received services because that therapist was just sitting down listening and gave no feedback at all whatsoever… anyway once I described what I needed I was placed with Marcia and OH MY GOD! She is the best! I look forward to my session every week and enjoy it so much I have requested 2 sessions a week now. She is amazing. I have also referred a friend of mine and she is loving her sessions too. I am so happy to finally find a place that provides an amazing therapy experience and would recommend this place to anyone. Please try them out I promise you won’t regret it!"

Millicent is extremely professional and very caring and always concerned that clients feel welcome and comfortable. My therapist Ms. Marcia Harris is a cornerstone in my life. I have been with her for 4 years and have addressed and healed issues I have been resistant to even bring up. She is phenomenal at helping me feel safe and protected. I am in no way judged or made to feel like I was alone through my journey. Having that connection is what makes a therapist like Ms. Harris so special.
