"A TRUE MIRACLE!!! I am 68 and have suffered from depression my entire life. As it seemed to be worse with age, I was desperate to find help. I did extensive research, found Pelorus TMS and started treatment. I didn't hold much hope, but diligently went through the whole course of treatment. Near the end - after 6 or 7 weeks, I was noticing a marked improvement! I could get out of bed, and I didn't walk away from chores in the house that I previously would ignore. I feel GREAT! It is truly amazing! Kaiya is an amazing and attentive professional who administers the treatments. I can't say enough good things about this experience. "I completed a second round of TMS treatments with Pelorus (Cedar Knolls) in January of 22. I initially selected Pelorus because it was a convenient commute, but after I talked to their TMS coordinator (Kiaya) I was confident in moving forward with treatment. The office itself is nice, private, and the treatments always started on time. The psychiatrist checked in 3 times during the treatment, which I thought was great. One more detail - there were a few times the Raritan office coordinators (Shelby & Alana) did the session and they were just as excellent."

"One of the field psychiatrists performed an assessment of my elderly aunt during her hospital stay. I have now left 3 messages in as many days requesting a call back regarding the result of this assessment prior to her expected discharge tomorrow. I was told by the receptionist that field psychiatrists are very busy and they call back when they can. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. Updated review: The psychiatrist called me back after the 3rd message that I left. She spent quite a bit of time discussing her findings and answering my questions. The doctor appeared knowledgeable and thorough. I am deducting 2 stars only due to the length of time it took to return my phone call. I'd like to thank Dr. Barnas for responding to my initial review. I'm glad to hear that you do value communications with family members. My aunt was evaluated during her rehab nursing home stay."
