"I came in for an MRI and had just had a knee replacement with a chip in it. I didn’t have much information with me, but the 2 techs spent time to look at my app and looked it up online to get more information. I did not get my MRI that day due to my lack of planning, but I was very impressed with how they kept me safe and tried to meet my needs."

"I had a weird stand off with a patient service rep (a young man in the middle of two other reps). He finished checking in a patient and then just stared at me. I was waiting for him to say "can I help you" "next" or something, but he just continued to stare. It gave me the impression that he didn't want to call me over so I just waited for a different rep. When the patient service rep next to him finished with her patient, she immediately called me right over, saying "I can help you." When I went over to her, he then immediately called the lady that was behind me over to him, which basically confirmed that he wasn't interested in helping me at all. The MRI techs were pleasant, but unfortunately he set the tone for my first experience at this facility."

"The receptionist was one if great human beings. I listen while she took care of everyone whom walked in She was alone yet made everyone feeling they were important. The technician was also jus a great guy and very professional"

"Everyone was great and understanding. My only complaint was that I had to wait almost 40 minutes for the CD, which was longer than the MRI! Not sure what the problem was, but was told at one point they had to burn another."
