Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation is a holistic institution located at 10 North Willow Street in Montclair, New Jersey, United States. Specializing in counseling for individuals, adolescents, children, couples, and families, our approach combines traditional and holistic methods to promote overall wellbeing. With decades of experience working with special populations and co-occurring illnesses, we offer services in four key areas of practice.

Our integrated mental health intensive outpatient and partial hospital program for adolescents provides support three days a week for up to 12 weeks, while our PHP program offers support five days a week for up to 16 weeks. We also provide professional development for educators, integrated school services, learning sessions for students, and expert-led training for families and communities.

Additionally, we offer customized corporate mindfulness and wellness programs through Integrated at Work, designed to reduce workplace stress, increase productivity, and improve team dynamics. Our mind-body practices, such as iRest® and LifeForce Yoga®, are evidence-based transformative practices that promote healing and wellbeing.

We also provide art therapy for school-aged children who may have difficulty learning, working to educate, advocate, and support children and their families every step of the way. Our partnership with Red Bank Regional High School and The Source allows us to offer counseling services on the RBR campus.

For those who prefer therapy outside of an office setting, we offer online counseling services. We also offer the Witnessing Beauty Yoga Teacher Training Program through Sakala School, aligned with Yoga Alliance’s Elevated Core Curriculum Standards for certification as a RYT-200.
