"Great place! It is close to everything. The Rockefeller Center, Time Square, shopping, and Central Park. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My favorite was the shower. I believe it was a rain shower and you could pick the exact temperature. I have to say Christian at the front desk was very helpful. I forgot my phone charger and he charged it on their super charger. He also recommended some good places to eat. I was able to leave my luggage there after check out to walk around. Overall it was a great stay!"
"I highly recommend AVOIDING this hotel. During my stay, I encountered an unethical front desk employee who offered me a supposedly better room with a nicer view. However, he ended up putting me in a room with full-size beds even though I had paid for queen-size beds. He didn't even bother to explain the situation to me and charged me the same price for smaller beds, taking advantage of my trust. It was already 11:00 pm and I couldn't sleep due to the small beds. My husband, two children, and I were all affected by this issue. I can't believe that employees would be so cynical as to offer you a better room when they're just trying to take advantage of you. WHAT A GREAT VIEW!!!"
"Perfect location!!! We were only steps away from Times Square!!! The hotel was clean and the lobby offered a relaxing ambiance. Apples and coffee were always readily available to guests. Rooms were extremely spacious. My only complaint is that we paid for our room in advance, which was a balcony room. However, the balcony was not accessible due to construction. It would have been nice if I was advised of this upon checking in…. Better yet, upon booking. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until I got into the room and saw a sign on the sliding door, that I was made aware of this restriction. Then, I had to go through the process of requesting a refund for the difference, which was a headache since I booked through a third party. I would have booked a king suite, instead of a balcony king, had I known. My mom booked a king suite and it was the size of a one bedroom apartment. Rooms are exactly as pictured on the website. I’ve visited NYC numerous times and was very impressed with the size of the rooms at this property."
"Had a really nice 3-night stay here. The room was spacious, and best of all super clean. Quiet but luxurious vibe. The staff was super kind and made me feel welcome. Excellent value for the price, and the only “catch” depending on who you are is the location near Times Square."
"We arrived early and they were happy to check out bags for us while we went out on the town. When we came back they told us that they didn't have the room we reserved - 2 queens. That was disappointing but they upgraded us for free to a bigger room with a bigger bathroom and a balcony and a King. But the second bed was a fold out bed. Our daughters were sleeping on that bed and they gave us extra blankets to help make it more comfortable. The next day they gave us the option to move to a room with 2 queens. They even let us see the room. But my daughter's decided they would rather have the bigger room than the nicer bed. They let us stay in the suite for the rest of our stay at no charge."
