"What a shame. Such a great doctor. Unfortunately office staff is unprofessional, rude and dismissive. Called for appointment. Was told I needed to receive and sign email to get records switched over. Didn’t get email. Called the next day to follow up. Was told they didn’t send it yet. After 2 full weeks, called back and was told they still hadn’t sent it. Gave all my info again. Then was given a canned response about “patients need to be prioritized” because they are short-staffed etc. I offered to go to another doctor if they weren’t taking new patients and was told, “we ARE taking new patients. I reiterated that we were patients already from 4 years ago and just needed the doc so I could bring my daughter in for an issue she was having. Was put in hold. They never came back on. And no. I still didn’t get the email. It’s been a month since first call. For a document you most likely have saved to your desktop."
