"Terrible agent. He did not let me know that my coverage had lapsed after I had been making payments and I had to jump through many hoops to get reinstated with another agency at a higher cost due to his negligence. I would think twice before using this agency."

"I just found out this this agent was negligible in renewing my policy. My mortgage company reached out to me, because they did not receive an invoice for insurance payment. Big surprise when we got the call. We have been with this agency for at about 4 years since we have moved down the shore. When I reached out to him, His response was "sorry I didn't know your policy was not binded. " YOU are the agent. That's your job to know and inform your client. That's why we hire you and give you our money. Disgraced of an agent..no follow up or phone call after a trail of emails. Don't trust this guy he will only take your money. Make sure you look at your documents and that you actually have coverage and binded. A lot of insurance have left Jersey because of flood and this guy(Chris)has not been professional enough to inform his client. Don't trust this guy. I am spreading the word Chris on every social media and the NJ department of insurance. We trusted you and it's your responsibility as our agent to know what's going on with the policy and inform us accordingly or why do we need to give you our business if you not protecting you clients. Now without our knowledge we have a lapse in coverage of 2 1/2 half weeks and finding it very difficult to find coverage in this very hard market. THANK you for your negligence."
