"Such a horrible experience for brand new parents. The one thing I could count on after every appointment is that my husband and I would leave feeling like we are awful parents. There was no bedside manner towards us and no encouragement or empathy for two new parents trying their best. We have a small baby that’s never broken the 10th percentile and never drastically lost weight. At our second appointment after he was born, the doctor swung the door open and exclaimed “he’s starving!”. I wish I was exaggerating. This was heart breaking to hear. I had been supplementing with formula while my milk supply increased. I kept telling them at every follow up that he projectile vomits formula and 2 months later, we finally learned he has a milk protein allergy. Following the milk protein allergy revelation, we decided to get a second opinion on his overall health since he’s always been a happy, non fussy baby reaching all milestones (though none of the doctors ever seemed to care about those things as they were never commented on). I asked for my records and they said “why? You don’t trust us?” Followed by “you need permission from the doctor for his records”. RED FLAG. I then wrote “personal” as my reason for picking up the records, and spoke to the woman at the front desk who said “if you’re going to switch practices, let us know so we can give away your appointment spot” - understandable, to which I said “no decision is made yet so we will be at our next appointment”. We showed up and they said “you picked up your records you’re no longer a patient”. This was our follow up appointment after they found microscopic blood in his stool. Rather than being like “of course, go get a second opinion from another doctor, here are your records, let us know if you’re going to switch”, they canceled him as a patient. BTW, the second opinion had zero concerns, understands he has reflux and a possible milk allergy leading to microscopic bloody stool, but is overall a healthy baby, just small. Front desk ladies at red bank office were super nice though. Also, one of the nurses at red bank smelled like cigarette smoke when handling our newborn. 0/10 recommend. TLDR: no bedside manner, they won’t release records without permission, they’ll cancel you as a patient if you have the audacity to ever ask for your records, if your baby isn’t in the 50th percentile, they’ll all come at you with a standoffish, seemingly hostile, definitely non supportive attitude making you feel like an awful parent."

"I have been really happy with this group’s expertise and accessibility. My daughter has seen all of the doctors in the practice and we have had great experiences with all: Drs. Paladino, Jordan, Berghaus and Litsky. Questions outside of visits have been quickly responded to with personal calls by the doctors themselves. The nursing staff, Claire especially, is delightful and so very patient. Highly recommend."
