"Worst experience ever ! Been taking my daughter for all of her follow up for 4 years now and EVERYTIME I wait 1hour to be called and to last 5mins with the doctor ! Not even that but I show up early to my appointments and other parents go in before me that arrived after me ! I work for a doctors office myself and this is ridiculous"
"Wait time is over 2 hrs, worst place . They don’t care even if your child is little. Worst service. Had to change to a different pediatrician"
"Always get called in after 5-10 min of arrival. Recommend having appointments in the morning. Staff are friendly."
"Don't know why you make appointments. You wait over an hour. Our first appt. we waited for over 2! To go in then waited again inside! Our appt. Was at 230 and we left after closing at 515. We had a one week newborn out of the NICU there for that long! The Drs are so sweet though including the resident Drs learning, but not worth the wait."
"My wife and I chose St. Peters Pediatric because they had multiple Pediatricians that we rated very well in our insurance companies log of available Pediatric Facilities. The pediatricians were good with our daughter, but in our 3 visits we had 3 different pediatricians. Each appointment started with them thinking it was our 1st visit even though the entered notes into their laptop each time. When it came to her to her 3 month shots they couldn't fit us into their schedule until she was 4 months. This wasn't a last minute appointment we were trying to schedule, it was 4 weeks in advance. I have never written a negative review in my life, but the issue that pushed me to do so was the billing department. Our daughter was born at St. Peters Hospital, which was a fantastic experience. The hospital and the clinic bill out of the same department so as you can expect co-pays at 1 location are paying overdue bills for other sections. Well the pediatric facility put our daughter as uninsured on our 1st visit, which was false, she was covered but the insurance company was still processing her information. We stated this as soon as we checked in and they should have known this. It's been 6 months and we haven't visited the clinic in 4 months. We got billed directly for an appointment that insurance covers 100% and had to jump through hoops to submit claims. We are still receiving bills, each time saying we owe another co-pay. It's 2017, I shouldn't have to call someone or spend an hour trying to understand my bill. Suspicious to say the least."
