"I had an appointment at 1pm with my sister. We showed up on time and were asked to wait in the car due to COVID-19. We waited in the car for more than an hours. Once we came in they had us wait for an hour and 14 minutes in the Patient room. Afterward we had to wait in the waiting room for a while to get her paperwork. This place sucks. Do not bring your child here. Just to see the doctor for 10 minutes. In total this appointment took 2 hours and 30 minutes"

"My son has been a patient here for 17 years. The employees are very rude and nasty. When you called they put you on hold and pay you no mind. They only care for Spanish patients. Sorry to leave the doctor is very nice. But her employees are nasty and rude. If this continues they will loose lots of business."

"Had to change my childs pediatrician due to them not accepting his health insurance any more and I decided to give this place a try and I have only been there 2 times and the wait is so long to get into a room. Had to get my childs staples out and let me tell you I waited 2.5 hours for my child to be seen. This is ridiculous and the staff are not very professional. They don't welcome you when you walk in how other offices do. I will not be going back."

"Worst service ! The receptionists are rude. I stood by the window hoping the receptionist would acknowledge me and she just kept doing what she was doing. They act like they're not happy to be there. There is always a long wait to book an appointment and when you go to the office be prepare to wait a long time before you are brought to the room and to be seen by doctor is the same thing. I was very upset with how the front desk staff treats their patients and the long wait."
