"Frustrating. Frustrating. Frustrating. Every single month I have to take a refill for the exactly the same medication and every single month I have a different problem. This time, after a long time of waiting, they told me they could not sell me the syringes, because they are “missing” in the prescription. How can I possibly take an intramuscular medication without syringes? Drink the medication??? No way. I MUST take this medication regularly and they did not do anything to help. Last month they gave me the wrong syringes. Frustrating"
