"They never have anything in stock. Cashier much rather be chatting on the phone than actually helping. Shame this used to be a pretty nice 7-11."
"The 8 piece bbq chicken I ordered , I did NOT receive and my raspberry airhead extremes weren't blue raspberry like I ordered... I want my money back for the chicken"
"Every time I visit this place they are either out of what I am looking for, the employees barely speak to me, and/or the place is filthy. The photo I took tonight is of their empty ice cream freezer. You would think that for whatever reason it was completely empty, they would jump On this opportunity to clean the filth out of it. But, the employee sitting being the counter must have been too busy doing nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this awful place, there is a Wawa 1000 feet South of it. The only way a dump Like this improves itself is if people stop going there. I live right down the street and I’ll be the first!"
"Terrible cashier, argumentative and unprofessional. She is a pretty Asian lady but will not care about giving you service. I haven’t been to this Seven Eleven in 4 years. It’s still the same type of customer service reminding me of why I avoided making a purchase in 4 years. This is so heartbreaking. On the good note they do have a clean bathroom. Thats the only nice thing I can say about the place."
"To say I have frequented this 7-11 is an understatement. Have been going to this store 5+ times per week for the past 3+ years. Purchased 2 Take 5 candy bars. I see the amount I was charged and let the woman behind the counter know that it's supposed to be Buy 1 get one for $1. She said currently there is no promotion for this. I said there is a sign in the aisle that clearly states that. She again said there is no promotion. I said so the sign means nothing?! She said, no we need to take the sign down. So they are advertising a price inside the store then charging customers more when they get to the counter and acknowledging it. Plenty of Wawa's around to now spend my money. Terrible business practice!!! It's the principle of the situation, not the $1.99, but how many people have they done this to?"
