"Usually everything is good except when I asked for help with getting super mop pads. The guy who was helping kept saying the pads he gave me were correct & I told him they weren't but he insisted since he said he had one. I told him the pads I needed were for the super mop. Long story short I went to customer service & they got me the correct one's I needed."

I almost made a critical error in purchasing wood laminate vs vinyl laminate and thanks to Bill’s knowledge of the products he helps sell - I left with the exact products needed for my project. Bill’s shift ended while I was still shopping, and he turned me over to the capable hands of Nick, who was also very very helpful and didn’t hesitate to throw on some work gloves and put the heavy cartons onto my flat cart.
