"lived here my whole life and have been coming here almost ever single day, this store as of the last few weeks has gone downhill, staff that follow you around, rude staff, and i had bought an item yesterday (sour candy) that were so dry they were inedible, i returned them, today i go back for some cookies, they were so dry they were again inedible so i go to return them and am met with the rude security guard who says i am “returning stuff every day” and if i try to return something again i will not get a refund. this is disgusting. i’ve spent thousands here over the last few weeks alone and have been coming here since i was a child. i am beyond disgusted with the disrespect and will never ever return.neither will my family."

"I came into this store with my child because she wanted snacks so we browsed the store. She didn't find anything interesting so we left shortly after but the security stopped us and yelled at us outside the door embarrassing us severely. We didn't do anything and he demanded to see our bags publicly humiliating us. We then recalled him following us around the store even though we were just in and out and didn't even put our hands in our pockets to arise suspicion. This was complety random and just unprofessional. Horrible, I don't recommend anyone to come to this store unless you want to be profiled and publicly humiliated for absolutely no reason."

"Products need to be cheaper for the low income communities which surround Ave U but overall its good has some foot traffic. I give it 4/5 if you bring the prices down a 5/5 thank you for serving our community with fresh consumer goods"
