"This place used to be good now is a disaster, they won’t give you an appointment no later then 2pm, according to them that is the latest appointment they have for physical exam ;they want me to take my kids out of school for a physical exam. Since they changed owner they stopped taking walk-in and they keep saying that they don’t have the schedule for the next month and They wants to force people make their appointments on the days they want to fill.another thing, they take for ever to answer the phone ."

"I scheduled my children to have physical visits back in December during the break from school and the hour before my appointment I was called that I needed to cancel due to no one being present for the lab. I reschedule for after new years and my visit went from a physical to missing vaccine. While my child was getting his vaccination he was scratched with the needle and wasn’t cared for nor has the office ever apologized. I called to complain about the situation was later offer another appointment for his physical to then needing to have the blood drawn and my child went to kick the tech and before I could apologize she responded with saying “that’s why I scratched you with the needle”… in front of her manager whom clearly haves no experience in running a medical office. Staff is unprofessional I clearly think the whole office including Washington park needs to be canceled the unprofessionalism that goes on from the rules of no walk in to needing to have an appointment scheduled weeks away is so unprofessional. It’s rude for staff to speak to you with such unprofessional demeanor it’s time to let this place go and fine a lawyer with this matter…"
