"Had an awful experience with The Pediatric Center for something as basic as a well visit for children. Received a $470+ bill for something that should have costed zero out of pocket! Questionable sales, billing and reporting practices and a very unhelpful front desk. Wouldn't wish for anybody in this community to go through what we did!"

"Highly recommend. I have many wonderful things to say about this practice throughout my 5+ years of experience. We used to live a few minutes away, but we moved 3 years ago and now have a 1/2 hour drive. We have KEPT the Pediatric Center of New Providence, and this is why: They did an incredible job at getting our family through the pandemic. When I hear my friends talking about their pediatric center (elsewhere) and how unhelpful they were through covid, it brought me to tears thinking about how wonderful the Pediatric Center of New Providence has been with the car visits and covid testing for the whole family. Our family must have had dozens of covid tests by this point - but any time we needed one (even in a really quick time frame for work or preschool reasons) were were always able to get an appointment via car visit. When our whole family got covid last September, the office staff and doctors were so attentive and helpful. We were all able to be tested, and my sick (young) kids were even able to get follow up appointments since their fevers lasted longer than expected. I have friends who literally were not able to get their kids tested and their doctors wouldn’t help them if the parents were sick. The Pediatric Center of New Providence cared about and helped ALL of us. I highly recommend Clare’s class for preparing for a newborn - that’s where our relationship with this practice started. With my first baby, I always asked for Clare because I appreciated and trusted her “brass tacks” style of explaining a situation and walking me through whatever issue came up, especially in my first year of motherhood. When my son split open his eyebrow on the playground, Dr. Chin stitched him up beautifully right there in the office. It could have been a long, drawn out ordeal at the hospital, but we were back home in no time. We had a freak emergency when my daughter was 3 months old and Dr. Moskowitz was extremely helpful and kept me calm. His warm personality and sense of humor has gotten us through several rough patches in years that followed. He is extremely reassuring. When I was a new mom, I called the office all the time because I was always worried and unsure, and the office staff was always helpful and kind. One last thing - my kids almost exclusively get sick on Friday nights, weekends and holidays - and it has been such a relief that there is always a doctor on call. We have been able to speak with one of our doctors in the middle of the night on more than one occasion (some scary moments I might add!) and it really means a lot to know that we are so supported. "Our family loves The Pediatric Center! All the doctors, NPs, nurses, and staff are highly informative and compassionate. Both my daughters have seen Dr. Moskowitz since they were born, and we trust him implicitly. Dr. McKegney has also helped us countless times, and is an excellent NP and lactation consultant. One of our favorite parts of the practice is that they are always available. I have never had trouble getting in touch with the office or making an appointment, and I have never felt dismissed. It is an incredible practice, and my family feels very blessed to have found them!"

"Dr. Moskowitz and his staff are true professionals, and have only provided my daughter with the most wonderful care. They are warm and friendly, and happy to answer any questions. Dr. Moskowitz is extremely thorough and is able to really help any mother feel at ease. He is kind and caring, and it is apparent that he has a real concern for his patients. He is always available if we have any questions, and if/when my daughter is ever sick we are able to bring her into the office to be seen that day. The walk-in hours are especially helpful in these types of situations. I would recommend this pediatrician to anyone, really a great doctor!"
