Dr Jeff was EXTREMELY caring and helpful, listened intently and actually spent the time to help educate me. Rare to receive that time and attention from an urgent care. Very happy and would highly recommend"

"This facility is great! I’ve taken both my kids before it changed its name and never had an issue and now that it takes adults, that’s where I’m taking myself when needed. Took my son who has autism after the name change and they are so kind, gentle and understanding with him. I truly recommend this place!"

"Three stars are for the receptionist and the nurse. Both very kind and helpful. The nurse was definitely there when it was mykids urgent care and they did testing for anyone. That said, super long wait which I get- it’s that time of year. I was there 12/29. But the doctor? The doctor walked in, looked in my ears for 20 seconds then spoke to me for maybe a minute before opening the door, looking something up and coming back. He then continued to talk about how he assumes I’m right that it’s likely a sinus infection and there’s no reason to do any testing. He tells me he is going to give me an antibiotic (all while the door is still open and he’s half way out of it). I waited for two hours. I think I deserved more than three minutes of the doctor’s time. All that said, clearly he didn’t pay me enough attention and it didn’t serve me to not even check what was actually wrong because I ended up spending new years in the hospital with bronchitis from RSV and oxygen that was too low to be released. It’s a local urgent care and clean. But am I inclined to find a new place? You bet."

"I went for my daughter who was ill. We had a pleasant experience. The woman at the front desk was kind and helpful, as was the rest of the staff and the doctor. The facility was quite clean. The wait was rather long but that has generally been my experience for most urgent cares I've been to (without an appt). I would feel comfortable going back. Thank you for the assistance and care."

"We had a very nice experience while visiting for an injury of my son. Very friendly personnel, clean place and we were treated with respect. The doctor also was great: knowledgeable, polite and gave us a call back to inform us for the test results giving us detailed instructions! I highly recommend this urgent care facility!"
