"I couldn't review the Dr. himself, as his office would not give me the courtesy of a return phone call to schedule an appointment. After I first reached out to his office, I was advised I could not get an appointment until I faxed over my test results/records. Once they received them, his scheduler would call me to schedule an appointment. I stood in my doctor's office while they successfully faxed my records over to Dr. Greenberg's office and I waited for his scheduler to call me. She didn't. After a day or so, I tried to call her, and could never reach her directly. I left message after message. She never returned not even one. I even tried reaching out to his other office personnel to see if they could help me, only to be told I HAD to speak to her. I had their assurances they would leave her messages on my behalf and still I received no return call. After two weeks of this, I GOT THE MESSAGE. Apparently, I'm someone this doctor didn't deem worthy to see. WHO DOES THIS? My having to choose a Hematologist after receiving a very serious diagnosis was already stressful, but to then be forced to jump through hoops for an appointment is not only insensitive, but highly inconsiderate. If your staff does not understand that patients do not seek making these types of appointments for pleasure, they are in the wrong field. I don't want to judge this doctor solely upon the characteristics of the people he chose to be a representation of his professionalism. But if you only get one chance to make a first good impression ..Well then, in my book, you failed!"

"Doctor Greenberg saved my mothers life. At 79 years old with stage 4 lung cancer and lesions on her brain as a result, she was initially an unwilling participant in any treatment. Through Dr. Greenberg's guidance (and patience!), she transformed her opinion and will to live when "Immunotherapy" was introduced as a possibility. Immunotherapy treatment is VERY difficult to obtain right now (as April 4th 2016 Time Magazine article states), and many health care practitioners have not yet even heard of it.
