"I went to Hackensack Meridian, Urgent care in Neptune City for abdominal pain and to give a urine sample for a possible UTI. The doctor’s test results showed that nothing was present in my urine that was causing me to have my symptoms. He directed me to go to another facility. Later that evening, I ended up in the emergency room and was tested positive for having bacteria in my urine."

"The staff were great. It’s unfortunate that only one provider was available to see so many people. Spent 2.5 hours waiting in my car to be seen after I registered. I didn’t mind the wait. The service was prompt when I did see the doctor and my treatment was appropriate. I have recovered. Bottom line, need more doctors and or PAs or NP !"
"I took my disabled autistic son in to be checked. He needed antibiotics for an infection. It was very busy and waited over an hour. Understandable because everyone is sick at this time of year. We saw an older doctor he was very nice . Prescribed antibiotics Said they would fax it in to walgreens near the urgent care. I went to Walgreens and waited an hour to pick up the medicine before heading back home. I found they called the wrong prescription in . It had to be changed. I called the office and told them and so did Walgreens staff. U waited until the next day and the medication was never fixed. I made several more phone calls to staff there and a man maybe the medical tech kept answering the phone . It was very hard to understand him due to a heavy accent kept getting mad at me for asking them to correct the medication. He kept hanging up on me. I called Wakgreens and thr pharmacist said they tried to reach out to them and they were very rude and hung on up them too. After 2 days of calling and being treated rudely they called in another prescription. It was the right medication but the wrong milligrams or dosage. Another day of calling and being treated rudely hung up on by that same man in the office . Walgreens said the same. The 3rd day I finally called back a few times and demanded to speak to the doctor himself instead of being treated rudely by the man everytime I called. He did get a doctor I spoke to Dr Gronksy. He was very understanding after 3 days trying to get a correct prescription antibiotics for my son's infection. He personally called my original pharmacy near my house and spoke to the pharmacist to fill the prescription . It was almost 8pm an my pharmacy was closing but they did get my sons prescription correctly and I was able to pick it up the next day. It took 4 days to get the prescription correct . I won't go back to this office office bc the office staff is ignorant and rude . The doctors arenice. so it's s ashame.. Get better trained medical assistants at this office that aren't rude!"
